Wholesale questions
Does an application activate a B2B account immediately?
No. Our team reviews the application. Wholesale terms are enabled only after the business is approved.
Can I choose the sizes in a pack?
Wholesale packs have a fixed assortment. The size ratio and number of pieces vary by article. Include any different requirements in your enquiry for our team to confirm.
Can I request a quote for several articles?
Yes. Add several articles to your quote list, adjust the packs and send everything in one form. You can enquire before your account is approved.
Are the public prices wholesale prices?
Public prices are retail prices. Request a quote or introduce your business for wholesale terms. A regular customer account does not automatically enable B2B pricing.
Does sending a request require payment?
No. Sending a request does not charge you. Availability, amounts, shipping and payment terms are agreed before an order is placed.
