Shipping — retail customers

Countries we ship to

We ship retail orders to Italy and to the following European Union countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. We currently do not ship retail orders outside the European Union.

Shipping costs

  • Italy: €5.90. Free shipping on orders from €50.
  • Other EU countries: €10.90. Free shipping on orders from €150.

Costs include VAT and are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. No customs duties apply to shipments within the European Union.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are normally prepared and handed to the carrier within 3–4 working days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Italy: 24–72 working hours.
  • Other EU countries: approximately 3–7 working days, depending on the destination.

Times are estimates and may vary during peak periods, in case of force majeure or carrier delays.

Carriers and tracking

Parcels are shipped with selected express carriers (for example BRT, GLS, DPD, SDA or Poste Italiane). When your parcel ships, you receive an email with the tracking number. Retail orders ship from our warehouse in Lacchiarella (MI), Italy.

Delivery

Please provide a complete and correct address. If delivery fails, the carrier leaves a notice with instructions for redelivery or collection. On receipt, check the packaging: if it is damaged or tampered with, accept the parcel with a specific reservation or contact us within 8 days at info@amandagroup.it with photos of the packaging and contents.

Wholesale (B2B) orders

Shipments for retailers, wholesalers and distributors, including carton shipments, are agreed case by case in the quote: method, costs, times and place of dispatch (Rome or Lacchiarella) are confirmed before the order.
